For many years we recommended Hp and Brother printers to our customers. Regretfully we can no longer recommend HP printers. HP is now making their laser toner and inkjet cartridges very difficult to refill. For example the newer HP inkjet printers that use the HP 60 or HP 61 cartridges are experiencing a high level of cartridge failures when we try to refill them. We feel this is by design by HP.
Brother inkjet and toner cartridges last through many refilling cycles. This keeps the cost down for everyone. Brother printers have also proven themselves to be solid workhorses giving a great value for the money.
